How to Install and Playstation 1 Emulator Settings on a Laptop Computer

Guide to Installing and Setting EPSXE PS1 Emulators on PC-Laptop

      One of the best games from the Sony Console is the Playstation 1 (PS1-PSX), there are many light but fun games. Another advantage of the PS1 is the Memory Card feature so that game progress can be saved. Various types of games from Adventure Games, RPGs, Racing, Strategy, and various other types of games. Even though the PS1 Console and the Game CD are very rare and hard to find, you can still play PS1 Games on PCs or Androids with EPSXE Emulators.

     To play the PS1 Game you just have to install the EPSXE Emulator and search for the Game (ROms) on the Internet. The following is how to install EPSXE Emulator Settings:

1. Visit the EPSXE website to get the Emulator: http://www.epsxe.com/download.php

    Download the most updated PS1 Emulator, you can choose for Windows, Linux, Android

2. If the Downlaod file is in the form of RAR, extract using Winrar

3. A file containing many files will appear, find the Application file (.exe)

    On EPSXE Double-Click files to run

4. After it opens, it will appear as shown below:

5. Start to Edit Settings

    Select the Video Select / Config Play Video Plugin menu:

6. Click Configure and adjust as shown below:

7. In the Bios Menu, click Select and look for the stored Bios directory

    Click OK

8. Select Bios SPCH001 Then click Open

9. Click CONFIG then SOUND. Match exactly the image below, click OK

10. Test the complete Memory Card, so you can save the Game (Save Game)

11. Return to the start menu again. Click CONFIG, then CDROM

      Say again with the picture below. Then click OK.

12. Next controller settings, click CONFIG - GAMEPAD - PORT1 - PAD1

13. Connect your Joystick or can use the Keyboard.

14. Finish

      To play games from an ISO File or BIN click "RUN ISO"

      Whereas if you want to play from the PS1 GAME CD click "RUN ISO"

Now you can play PS1 Games on a PC-Laptop, if the settings are correct. Then the voice, video, controller, can run smoothly.
