It is likened to data in the processor or CPU arranged in a collection of addresses and when a program is run the CPU will retrieve data from the address stored in the component. The first component that works when there is a command is the CPU before channeling it to the hard disk, RAM or other components.
2. Decoding
In a system CPU, a program that will be executed or executed, must be in accordance with the instruction code which will be translated so that the CPU can recognize it in the binary instruction code. It can be concluded that decoding is a process of translating a program into a language that is understood by the CPU.
